Obviously the posts on this blog have been absent over the past week. Obviously I have been doing better things. Obviously not.

This time last week my friend Cait (discussed here) competed in the final at the World Rowing Championships. Her crew took home the bronze medal. Great work. Other Australian crews also did well, follow these results up here. Cait has been quoted in the media, as they were buzzing around the crew at the end of the race, I can't really be bothered finding the exact quote or referencing it here. Really, that's a stupid thing to do. Who in their right mind is going to to string a decent coherent stanza of commentary together after they have just rowed a 2km race. Anyway equivocally Emma are awaiting Cait's post race critique. In the mean time Rowing Australia published this, also you can download the lastest issues of rowing press here.
